Privacy policy
Short version: this site has no analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies of its own. We only handle the details needed to sell you a file and help you with it.
Who we are

What we collect
- When you buy: Stripe, our payment processor, collects your name, email, billing country and card details. We receive your name, email, country, what you bought and the amount. We never receive your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- When you visit this site: the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We don’t use them to profile you.
Why we use it
- to deliver your download and resend it if needed;
- to answer support and refund requests;
- to keep the sales and tax records the law requires;
- to prevent fraud, together with Stripe.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send newsletters unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). Our hosting and email providers handle data only to run their services. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, and the language menu doesn’t remember your choice. Stripe’s checkout page may use cookies needed for payment security and fraud prevention. The live demos load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are deleted when they are no longer needed, usually within two years.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to dowelpages@mail.grokbot.com. We answer within 30 days. Some purchase records may need to be kept for legal reasons; if so, we’ll tell you.
